Ignite Youth Group ~

We are ready to get the Ignite Group up and going. An initial meeting for planning events & meetings will be Wednesday, September 27th @ 7:15pm. If you have any questions or feedback please contact: Matt Kortbein, Evan Lord or Darla Weber

Young Adult Group ~

Looking to start a young adult group to meet people our own age and make new friends. If you are interested or know anyone who might be, please contact Sarah Weber at (563) 608-9038

Sunday School ~

The Sunday school program is seeking a teacher for this school year to lead instruction a couple times per month. If you are interested in serving in this ministry, please contact Amy Sharpe. She can be reached at church or at  education@stmatthewsonline.org or 608-387-5656.

Workers needed to help in Bake Sale booth & parking cars

Altar Flowers ~

The Board of Director's discussed and approved the placing of flowers on the altar to the Glory of God for such things as birthdays and anniversaries.  If you would like to sign up for a Sunday, please contact the church office.

NEW Sunday Bible Study ~

A Man Named Martin: The Movement

 In this video based study, beginning September 17, We will see how God was at work in the Reformation in the lives of the men and women that shaped it, and in the societal transformations that resulted. Everything  from education and government to marriage and vocation came under the influence of the Reformation.

Fall Soup Supper

October brings chilly weather, so why not eat some comfort soup such as Chili?? The Heartners will be needing some help in making a successful evening. They are asking for ingredients or $$$. They will be making 3 kinds of yummy soups: Chili, Chicken Dumpling and Potato cheese. Keep your eyes open to find out more.

Operation Christmas Child

This year our goal is to pack 35 boxes. We will be collecting donations throughout the months of September and October. Please see the tree in the Narthex for suggested donations. Or call the office to arrange drop off.
